All claims pertaining to infringement of copyrights issue should be addressed and mailed to the Editor-in-Chief, with the subject line- “Claim regarding Copyright Infringement". The claim should be supported by documentary evidence indicating that the version in context has earlier been already copyrighted, patented and published elsewhere, prior to the date of the current publication in Mata Gujri Multidisciplinary Research Journal. The Editorial Board of Journal will if deem necessary may call upon the author to explain the said case wherein complete transparency will be maintained with regards to the discussion between the two parties.
The editorial Board of the Journals’ decision will be final with regards to the legitimacy and validity of such claims. After proper deliberations if the claims are found justified and valid then the concerned manuscript will be removed from the Website of MGMM Publications and its related servers with immediate effect. The ensuing print versions too will not carry the concerned manuscript. However, in cases where negligible changes are required such as those in the section on referencing, the author will be communicated of the same whereby the author will be required to incorporate the necessary changes duly adhering to the manuscript correction policies of MGMM Academic Publications. The revised version will again go through the entire peer-review process as any other article and will be published in the same volume and issue after being approved in the review process.
Claims to copyright infringement will be timely attended to and treated with utmost priority. On receipt of adequate documentary evidence pertaining to copyright claims a revert mail in 2-3 working days will be immediately addressed with effect to the same.
